UHA hosted its first-ever Employee Appreciation Day recently at California’s Great America in Santa Clara. Over 1,700 employees, providers, and family members attended the event. Employee Appreciation Day is one of several activities initiated by the UHA Employee Recognition Committee to recognize and reward the contributions of UHA employees. The day kicked off at the Great America Pavilion, with special program led by Bruce Harrison, UHA’s Chief Administrative Officer, and Dr. Bryan Bohman, UHA’s Chief Medical Officer, who recognized employees for their tremendous commitment and dedication to patients. Employees and providers enjoyed lunch and activities before entering the amusement park.
