The UHA Provider Wellness Committee is diligently working to improve our practice environment in order to make it easier for you to provide good care for your patients.  We hope these efforts will also make our providers happier and more professionally fulfilled. 

We realize there is more than one stress point out there, but we need to find the top stressors in order to focus our resources and maximize our ROI. Please complete this short survey by December 7th, 2015.  The results will be shared at next Provider Wellness meeting (December 9th, 2015).
