Stanford IT Services is partnering with Stanford’s Clinical Excellence Research Center (CERC) to survey patients and providers to better understand attitudes towards “connected devices” and their data. The intent of this activity is to richly inform Stanford Medicine’s approach to engaging patients with such technology and to understand how utilizing connected devices and their data affects your work flows and patient interactions.

The survey takes about 5 minutes, and you can receive a $10 Amazon.com gift card by completing the survey by Sunday, February 7.
