Epic SuperUsers Needed to Test Software Upgrade

With a new version of Epic scheduled for release on April 18, Epic SuperUsers are needed to participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Cadence & Prelude modules.

UAT is a great opportunity to test the modules while performing usual workflows. Testing will help uncover unanticipated workflow changes and any software defects. Results will help determine how much training and support will be needed in response to the upgrade.

Dates:  March 10-19, 2020
Hours:  9m-12pm or 1pm-4pm
Locations:
♦  TECH Center, 1820 Embarcadero in Palo Alto
♦  7600 Gateway Blvd, Newark/ ValleyCare
♦  5555 W Las Positas Blvd, Pleasanton
Modules: Cadence & Prelude

How to Participate:

  1. Please register by MARCH 9 using Healthstream. You can find sessions by searching “SHC User Acceptance Testing November 2019.”
  2. Sign-up for a session that lists the correct module name (Cadence and Prelude) so that the appropriate resources will be available to assist and answer questions.
