Please join us for an evening aimed at molding our UHA vision for the human experience of health care, including patients, physicians, and all care team members. This two-hour program, designed in partnership by UHA physicians and Service Excellence, is an opportunity for UHA providers to share patient experience best practices and learn from one another through interactive dialogue (while also meeting the “Service” requirement included in our 2016 Medical Group Quality Bonus Incentive Goals).
Program Objectives:
Explain Stanford Health Care Leadership vision of caring for physician, staff, and patient well-being.
Review the meaning of C-I-CARE and its value as a tool to improve patient and physician satisfaction.
Describe scientific underpinnings of positive psychology and the value of daily interventions that provide pleasure, mastery, positive relationships, engagement, and meaning.
Share your own best practices around improving the human experience of health care with colleagues.
Design 1-2 habits to bring into your personal practice tomorrow.
