MyHealth eArrival functionality builds upon the eCheck-In functionality and can complete the appointment registration process by automatically arriving the patient for the appointment. eArrival saves staff and patients’ time by facilitating the registration process, frees up staff to engage with patients and/or help patients with more complex registrations, and helps with consistent copay collection.
