Microsoft Office on the Citrix environment is being updated to the same version that SHC has on all physical workstations on October 22, 2019 from 8:00 PM to 11:59 PM. Citrix users will be able to continue to use Citrix during the update window.  

The below changes will occur in Citrix:

• Microsoft Office will be updated from version 2010 to Office 365
• Shortcuts for Microsoft Office applications have been updated include:

After the update  you will need to do the following in Citrix:

• Sign in again to Outlook in Citrix
• Recreate your signature in Outlook
