We are pleased to announce the Stanford Community Medical Groups Research Consortium (SCMGRC)— your very own consortium! SCMGRC is jointly sponsored by the Stanford University School of Medicine (SOM) and the University HealthCare Alliance (UHA) Community Medical Groups (CMG). This collaboration aims to transform and lead efforts to improve health outcomes through community-based medicine and research.  

For our first initiative, we received a grant—courtesy of University Medical Partners, Affinity Medical Group, and Stanford Learning Health Systems—to fund implementation science-based research projects that will allow the community medical groups to improve the care we provide our patients, their families, and the communities we serve. SCMGRC will be announcing a Request for Proposals (RFP) in conjunction with the PCHA-UHA Research and Learning Collaborative in May 2018 .  Click here to learn more.
