Effective Oct. 31st, Epic Population Health Dashboards will replace the Clinical Business and Analytics (CBA) Population Health dashboard and reports used at primary care clinics. Providers can view quality Population Health performance dashboards on their Epic home screen.
Additional functions such as placing orders for and communicating to a list of patients will be implemented in the coming months.
